Ms. Kadilak served as a legal assistant and primary proofreader in the
firm's Washington, D.C. office, dealing with corporate, litigation,
securities and intellectual property law.

Ms. Kadilak interned for two summers at the Office of European and Eurasian
Affairs in Washington, D.C.. She worked on foreign policy matters, official
correspondence, Congressional hearings and daily operations.
